Croatia in particular is continuously receiving more attention since the beginning of Covid-19 pandemic. As it became a member state of the European Union in 2013, its real estate prices have been growing ever since.

In light of the expected swift accession of Croatia to the Schengen area and its interest in joining the Eurozone, further progressive growth of real estate prices is anticipated. Croatia’s geographic vicinity to Western Europe (and other countries in the region) represents one of the safest options for property investments, while hedging capital against inflation. Moreover, due to the stellar growth of tourism in Croatia, the rental business offers very favorable return on investment.
